Kyla Taggart
RDH, BS- Office Manager
Kyla began her dental career assisting Dr. Hollar in 2002 while preparing to begin Dental Hygiene school. Upon graduation from Texas Woman’s University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene, she became practicing as our hygienist. She has spent hundreds of hours in continuing education to offer the most up to date dental hygiene treatment available, comfort and clinical efficacy being the highest priority. Kyla spent the next 10 years as Dr. Hollar’s sole dental hygienist and became an expert in office practice and philosophy. In 2016 she moved away from the chair into the front office as our office manager. With 19 years of experience in different roles within the practice, Kyla has found herself in the perfect role.
Originally interested in Dentistry because of the positive impact it can have on peoples’ lives, Dr. Hollar’s office has been an ideal fit.

Kyla and her husband Chris have an 11th grade son, 7th grade daughter, and new baby born September 2021, who keep them very busy. Her older children play year-round select soccer so there are few days off. From Mansfield, she is a two time inductee into the Mansfield Sports Hall of Honor for her role on two State Championship basketball teams and played collegiate basketball at USF before entering dental hygiene school. In her spare time Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and anything active.
Rhonda Cook
Dental Ceramist
Rhonda has been an integral part of Dr. Hollar’s team for over 30 years. The skills and knowledge she acquired as lead dental assistant for 20 years helped transition into the artistic field of dental ceramics in 2005.
A passionate and dedicated student of dentistry Rhonda has spent hundreds of hours of advanced continuing education learning from the masters in their field. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and takes a leadership roll in our in-house lab teaching others. The majority of Dr. Hollar’s ceramic work is done by Rhonda.
Rhonda and her husband are the parents of two “near” grown-ups . Her daughter graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree Forensic Psychology and Music and is now in a doctorate program at the University of Memphis. Her son recently graduated from Fellowship Academy and works full-time. In her free time you may find her volunteering for the various organizations close to her.
Angela Stanbery
Patient Coordinator
Angie was born and raised in Grand Prairie Texas where she attended Arlington schools and graduated from James Bowie High School. After graduation, Angie perused an interest in becoming a massage therapist. She graduated North Texas School of Swedish Massage at the top of her class as a licensed massage therapist in 2006.
Through massage therapy, Angie was introduced to the dental field and found her true passion. Angie began her dental career as a Hygiene Coordinator. Her passion for dentistry grew and was recognized by the doctors and administrators she worked with. She was soon promoted to Manager, a role in which she spent the next decade. We are proud to have her join our team in March of 2022.

Angie has an intense love for sports. She is a True Blue and die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. She grew up not only as a spectator of sports, but participant as well. A true Tom-boy, Angie rode dirt bikes and 4-wheelers as a child and welcomed any sport that would challenge her.
She now enjoys spending her time with her puppy Grace, her family, and especially her nieces, Tayler and Madison who are her world.
Tara Dittmer
RDA, Dental Assistant
Tara is Dr. Hollar’s lead assistant and has worked in our office since 2015. Having recently moved to Texas from Oklahoma; she brings us over 20 years of assisting experience. She works side by side with Dr. Hollar in the operatories to create the most beautiful smile for each patient. Tara also takes clinical and diagnostic photographs and oversees the daily flow of the schedule.
Tara and her husband have three teenagers Jaden, Sienna, and Cameron who keep them very busy. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading.
Taylor Holt
Dental Hygienist RDH, BS
Taylor began her career in the dental field in 2014 when she became a registered dental assistant and received her Associate of Applied Science. She worked full-time assisting for an Oral Surgeon in Denton until beginning Dental Hygiene School in 2015. While assisting part-time, she graduated in April of 2017 from Concorde Career College in Dallas as a registered dental hygienist and received a second Associate of Applied Science. Taylor graduated from Texas Women’s University with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2018.
She loves to learn new things related to the dental field and has always had an interest in dental-related things. She truly enjoys making a difference in patient’s lives just by aiding them in their oral health and also continuing to care for our restorative patients over the years.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three animals as well as a big edition to their family, baby girl born in June 2020. She is a huge Dallas Mavericks fan and has had season tickets since 2014.
Sarah Absher
Dental Ceramist - Social Media Management
Sarah is Dr. Hollar’s daughter and has been a part of the practice since 2010. She began as lab assistant in charge of the model work. Over the years she has advanced into a dental ceramist, building primarily posterior porcelain bonded restorations. Sarah has several other roles in the practice that are separate from those in the dental lab. Sarah has become our post-treatment photographer, scheduling time with our patients to capture beautiful “after” pictures once they have finished their treatment. She manages our social media accounts, marketing procedures, and incorporated Aromatherapy within the office. This would include giving personal, one-on-one consults with patients who are interested in learning more about essential oils for health and wellness.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, yoga, photography and skincare.
David Perkins
LAB ASSISTANT AND TECHNICIAN
David is Dr. Hollar’s in-house lab assistant and technician. A Fort Worth native, he graduated from the University of Dallas in 2012 with a BA in Philosophy and Minor in Physics.
As the lab assistant, he creates the model work and diagnostic study models as well as helps coordinate the many details that go into the porcelain restorations made in-house.
In his free time David enjoys reading, playing the drums, craft beer, hiking and nature/outdoors in general.

Salma Guallardo
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Salma is Dr. McClurg’s lead dental assistant. She graduated with her RDA from Grapevine Dental Assistant School in 2020 and began her career in our office directly after graduation. She assists Dr. McClurg with all of her procedures and is our clinical specialist in using the Trios digital scanner.
She is a dog mom to two adorable American Cocker Spaniels Rocco and Fendi.
She enjoys spending time with friends and travels to Europe to visit her boyfriend who plays professional soccer on a first league team in Zagreb, Croatia.
Brianna Cruz
Dental Assistant
Brianna is one of Dr. Hollar’s newest team members. She received her RDA from Dubiski Career High School in Grand Prairie. She performs many important jobs in the clinic and helps with the overall daily flow.
Brianna is currently enrolled at UTA where she plans to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Education in the Spring of 2023 and become an elementary school teacher.
She is originally from Dallas and enjoys spending time with her family and her lovable Maltese Lexie.
