It has always been our philosophy to be up front and honest about dental fees. Complex restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry can be expensive, and it is our goal to help make our dentistry affordable to all our patients. By understanding your needs and listening to your circumstances, we are often able to customize and phase our dental treatment plans to better serve you.  Our business manager, Mark Absher, will explain all of your payment and financing options before any work begins.

Payment for Services

Our office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, and personal check for dental care. Payment for your initial visits is expected at the time of service.

Dental Insurance

For patients with dental insurance, our office provides expert dental claims assistance. For no additional fee, we will expertly prepare and submit all claims, and payment is sent directly from the insurance company to the insured party. Dr. Hollar is not contracted with any insurance companies and we do not accept insurance assignment, Medicare, or dental HMO’s.
